Nominate Domestic Violence Nonprofits for $500

The sales figures for March are in, and I’m pleased to announce that Sharing Hailey raised $1500 for domestic violence victims.  Now comes the hard part – determining which of the domestic violence nonprofits across the United States will receive that money. So I need your help.  I’ll make three awards of $500 each to three different nonprofits. And I’ll chose two of them from readers’ nominations.

How do you nominate an organization? I’m so glad you asked. Simply send me an email to samantha@samanthaannking.com with:

1. the name of the organization

2. the organization’s address and contact information (including a website if applicable)

3. what services the organization provides

4. if you have personal experience with the organization, whether you’ve volunteered or benefited from its services, tell me that, too

5. the organization must be a 501(c)(3)

Nominations need to be in by December 15, 2013. I’ll acknowledge receipt of each nomination, so you can be certain I received it. If you don’t hear from me after a couple of days, try again! When I narrow the nominations to two organizations, I’ll post them here.
